Account information you provide when you sign up. Facts and media that owners add to their resemblo. Messages visitors send when they chat with a resemblo.

For public chats we verify a visitor email before the conversation starts. Owners can see which visitor email a conversation belongs to.

Conversation messages and the relevant parts of your knowledge are sent to commercial AI provider APIs to generate responses. These providers operate under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content. Providers may retain data transiently per their own policies before deletion.

We use cookies only for our website's main pages and landing page design. They help us remember your preferences while you browse. They are only set after you accept cookies through the banner. If you decline, your preferences are kept in memory only for that visit.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

Owners can read transcripts of conversations visitors have had with their resemblo. Visitors are told they are chatting with an AI resemblance of the owner.

When voice and live presence launch, any voice or likeness model will be private to the owner's resemblo. It is never shared and it is deleted with the account.

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in private per-user folders.

Data is kept while the account exists. Owners can delete their account and all data anytime from account settings.
